I am not a fan of oatmeal but I am trying it these days for carbs. So this is a nice sweet Ital recipe that you can try if you too are not a fan, or if you have children that like it. It is naturally sweet and filled with great breakfast foods.
I used one minute rolled oats
1 large well mashed banana
cook 1/2 cup rolled oats with 1 cup coconut milk (I used powder) for one minute (if instant oats)
mix finished oats with mashed banana and add dried fruit
eat warm!
