How To Cook Coconut Ital Stew Recipe

I hope that all Dawtas are blessed and in good Irits, and that the youths are growing nicely as well.
Today I offer a recipe that I personally love and have once a week now. It is helping me gain some pregnancy weight which is something I actually have to work hard at since I'm naturally very slender.
I assure you, you will love this and your kingman will just love you for making it!

  1. I know you don't measure out the saffron cumin and salt dried basil and ginger powder but how am I suppose know how much of each to add in here my email osweetjah@hotmail.com

    1. I don't really say measurements because everyone has their own instinctive way of seasoning their food. Those are my choice spices in everyday cooking and I have a rhythm of how much I put each time I cook, that's all. I would say a half teaspoon of everything might work, but again you'd still have to taste it nd go by your own taste preference for your food.
