Omega Strength in Balance and Truth

Blessed Love,JAH RasTafari Love and Light,

This is like a delayed Mother’s Day post, not really that I promote that Babylonian farce, but in the general meaning of tribute, it was something that I should have done a long time ago. I am inspired by my Sistren who were recently featured as Women in the Trinidadian community that are doing something impactful. It is necessary that for once Trinidad see that Rastafari Women are hardworking wives and mothers,  and are positive role models for the young.

And I want to tell all Dawtas to be proud of how things are, of how your life has turned out, because it is all part of your plan, your destiny, whatever you will it to be at this point in your life, as you do have freewill. Don’t wallow in self pity or feel discouraged. Rather, the more you tend to your own inner Goddess power as a Wombman wearing many crowns, the more your life will reflect that positive energy. What you think of your life and your self and how you feel about others, will manifest as your situation. You have control and you have to start using it the best you can, without haste, with patience and careful thought.

I want to give thanks for what we all have in common: for the struggle to survive everyday, for the rewards of hardwork, for the blessings of the womb and the love and life that InI Mothers give and receive everyday. To all the Dawtas who have it hard right now and who struggling to keep the family unit together and under an Order; know and accept and glorify that no one else can do this for the earth or Iniverse but a Mother, a Wombman. Know that it takes time and nothing you do is in vain. So even if no one acknowledges your duties and care, and you feel invisible or unimportant, or second-rate; know that the Iniverse sees you, and acknowledges you, and that you are part of a collective of wombmanhood who are worldwide sharing that same love and energy and perseverance IN SPITE OF ALL THE B-S. You are part of an Iniversal Ivine Feminine Energy and you owe it to yourself to be the best you can be at your own talent, purpose and power! You have to keep your vizions alive, your dreams and aspirations and find time for your self. You have to make the time for the I, because no one else will!

Promise this moment to let the full moon be your reminder to love your Self, to nurture and cultivate your yoni. Promise to eat better, do better, surround yourself with better. Promise to maintain balance every day, promise to stop and calm down and be logical, to treat all as you want to be treated.

I want to give thanks that Dawtas are being wiser about being mature wives, women, sistren. I am connecting with more and more dawtas who are serious and livicated to being strong Wombman, who are holding down their family whether with a kingman or not, and who are not seeking to do harm to others. I see Dawtas who behave as Empress Menen, regally, with self raspect, humble and earnestly striving to build New Jerusalem in their gates and mindspace. You are royal Queens, and your creative energies as Mothers is filling the Afrikan Nation with positive images and energies I pray will continue to build and multiply in your youts!

I am seeing that a lot of InI Rastafari Dawtas are on the Right path: Ital vegan foods, self-employment, homeschooling, yoga, and fitness, healthy recreation and friends, embracing positive natural beauty images and practices,  self-education, self-expression through talent, community service and activism. I commend the Dawtas for all the works you are doing everyday. And again, YOU ARE NOT UNNOTICED. You don’t even need to take a selfie to feel noticed. JAH is there showing you yourself everyday in the good vibez and people that are coming your way.

I give thanks that the Irits of the Ankhcestors are reaching to the four corners of the Earth to
accomplish the rebirth of Alkebulun. For it is within our resurrection to truth that Afrika is reborn to

greatness. Wombman has always been the lock to the key, the earth to the seed of life. We have to be
fertile mentally and physically and Iritually. There is a ripening in the Earth right now for Queen Omega, for Mama, the Creatress the Womb and Regenerator of all things. No more self-hate and destruction and enslavement to carnal woes! Dawtas are breaking free from the shackles that European supremacy and religion used to keep us quiet, passive, childbearing slaves to men and their obsession with our bodies.

And it is through Kemet that I see this happening, a Land where the WOmbman was most high and holy, the vessel of the God, a Queen and Mother of the holy line. Like Candaces for centuries Dawtas of Afrikan descent are going back to the Truth and feeling good about their Natural selves: the Laws of Maat, the use of colour, stones, essential oils, the use of grains and vegetables, teas and bath salts, loose clothing and wraps, dreadlocks and natural hairstyles, clay packs and candles, music, spoken word, libations and moon mapping, sacred Wombman gatherings and black business collaborations.  InI are community builders and it is through these livity principles of Kemet that I and I are finding back our communal love, our status as Queens.

So In embracing all these Goddess attributes whether inspired by Kemet, Empress Menen or other ancient Wombman of Right; I really want the Sistren to dig deeper and deeper and never stop seeking answers to things that you might question. Never feel too comfortable to give your Irit more upliftment through knowledge. It is necessary in this time of pleasant deceptions or distractions from self awareness to go really hardcore into the knowledge of the ancients. For while we may adopt certain livity principles like yoga and juicing and using crystals and so on, our mindspace needs to be healed and rebuilt soundly as well, or these principles will come and go like fads.

Speaking seriously from my own experiences, all the commandment-keeping in the world, while it will  protect you from indiscretions and doing wrong, will not make your mental state of mind free from peril. So there needs to be more attention to that mental taba or landscape, to Intellectual enlightenment for the true joyfull Irituality of every Queen and King. We talk about Alpha and

Omega but Alpha is Wise Mind of Iniversal Law, and Omega is Natural Ital manifestations of said Word-Seed. So If InI only focus on the Mama through livity and how we treat our bodies, then we are not truly achieving Zion within. Realistically, If your mind isn’t balanced with knowledge then livity will be harder to maintain, or burdensome, empty.  It will not do anything to improve your situation or how you feel about or cope with your situation. No amount of ‘Rasta Knowledge’ and Bible quoting can make up for being an Iniversal fool either. Familiarization with all ancient Black philosophy is essential. You don't have to commit everything to memory and be an encyclopedia but keep a notebook of facts that can support your lifestyle. Reason with others, take time to watch the abundance of documentaries available on youtube. Knowledge of life, which is there here and now, is its own medicine, it makes your body feel awakened, and once you know something it is there to stay.

The type of Livity that Kemet lived by - for Kemet was the site that housed all the ancient Wise Mind of the last Golden Age before it was destroyed – was to live with the end-goal of union with JAH, to live as god and goddess in flesh and beyond flesh. Rastafari always talk about being Gods in flesh and part of the great God the I and I - and yet we know nothing about the True God if we shun Kemet! We are being blocked by all the dysfunction that is forced into our minds everywhere all the time.

Nothing I say or post is to cause upset or harm, but to recreate your confidence in yourself as a Queen Mother Goddess. I am learning that the Sun and Zodiac are the basis of religion because our Earth and all upon it are all in tuned to them – and no other planet has our zodiac either people!   No one individual suffers when they use the properties of their sign and the elements that enhance and heal in that sign. To know the Father, is another whole cosmic world of Ital health and livity that gives mental and emotional balance and corrects our body functions, that we aren’t even in tuned to because of words like pagan, occult and heretic. Occult knowledge is Hermetics, Kemetics, and occult means HIDDEN as does the word AMEN. Nothing that came from Afrikan should be hidden

or scary for Afrikans to learn about!

Again it’s about breaking free from the Uncle Tom mentality telling us that the Church is the only good and right thing  - when the reality is that the Church is dumbing everyone down to the truth, maligning astrology and downplaying the importance of scientific worldly awareness to spirituality. It focuses on sin and reinforcing that all the animal human knows how to do is sin, when if the animal human was taught about its true duality of cosmo and earth, then a proper balance of right would be easily restored. But they can’ t have you well and in tune, and balanced or Big Pharma would also suffer along with the Church.

All along we have known the terms “Love and Light” and lmmortal Life, and Oneness and reincarnation, and transmutation (turning sin/animal nature/lead into righteousness/spiritual natural/gold) and so on; but we don’t truly know until we go back to Kemet and India and study the ankh and ‘swastika’ and ‘cross’ and the reasons for mummification or the Sahu and all these ancient rites and symbols that invoke or honour the duality of the man/wombman

InI as Wombman can know ourselves and our spouses and children better and alleviate a lot of strife and misunderstanding in the family, just by having this cosmic knowledge and its direct influence on the Earth and humanity through the “holy science” or astronomy. These sciences are ours, created by OUR ANCESTORS THE PEOPLE WHO MADE IT POSSIBLE FOR US TO BE ALIVE TODAY. They are ALKEBULAN and it is time to RECLAIMTHEM for a TRUE HEALING OF THE NATIONS.

Please Know that I find my balance between all that I am learning about religion/Christianity (which continues to make me very apprehensive towards too much play in it) and my appreciation of the Bible and His Majesty’s Christian Throne; because I know that the symbols of the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church are the same as the ancient Kemetic Hermetics (the Greek writings taken from Kemet’s Thoth). I know Christianity is diluted Hermetics. When I see a picture of His Majesty with all His medallions, I see “occult” symbols of stars and compasses.  I know that they hold the same ancient Truth and Wise Mind but it has been lost because of European influence or corruption for the purpose of creating slaves or passive citizens of the Roman empire (that is why Rasta bunn-out Pauline Church as Paul is also a fictitious tool for spreading corrupt teachings against Godliness in flesh such as the law of total depravity: you are full of sin and can never be good or pure or worthy – this is a lie! as Tarrus says “Love created I”).

Again I call back to mind The Book of Enoch and Jubilees, they are astrotheological for example, but moreover they are books sacred and exclusive to Ethiopia’s Christianity! And so there must be a connection there, the oldest root must support the newest branches. But InI cannot depend on the priests to do it. They can only fulfil the ritual roles that many Rasta may still understandably need in their lives by being part of the Church congregation. I’m not telling anyone to be or not to be part of the EOTC, I am just saying BE AWARE and take care of your salvation, your Iritual solar Being that is happening NOW. I feel like we have all wasted so much of our lives just by being kept in the dark!

So as Rasta InI always owe it to ourselves to not get stuck at the symbols and the ritual of religion, but to use the symbols to find the truth that created Orthodoxy and the Ethiopian Davidic Throne, by piecing together as much as we can from the past. InI have to go beyond to the ancient use of these symbols and names and prayers to find the true theology that Christianity has corrupted or hidden with its Greco Roman whitewash.

By learning about the philosophy of Kemet, beyond the Feminine Ital treatments that Queen Afua recommends in Sacred Woman,  we can find the true meaning behind the Neteru and Christian rituals, ceremonies and holidays. We can see the meaning of baptism and resurrection as truly cosmic events that really happen every year, and which affect our bodies as yearly  spiritual evolutions. Even though Iyesus is the Sun going through its twelve month feat in the Age of Pisces, this is not to say that there is no value there anymore cuz it’s just “the Sun.” the personified mystical teachings or his word sound are totally valid if we know the Hermetics behind it. The death and rebirth of Kristos makes sense if we can apply it to our own souls as individual suns that must journey from weak to strong, rising from dust to full illuminated glory.I am not fixating on who was real or existed in flesh I accept that these names and stories are all part of the puzzle of KNOW THYSELF. For your own real well-being, the rites, the livity, all of the iconic things that make up our Identity need to be balanced by knowledge!  Knowledge is salvation.

So to the Mothers of Creation again I call out and say, I see you, the Iniverse sees you, you are - in honour of our newest ankh-sistar Maya Angelou - a Phenomenal Woman! I believe in you, I am here for the I, you have the power of JAH in the I and it is there helping you already. Now is the time to make it grow and uplift your family even more than you thought. There are no limits with LIGHT, LOVE AND LIGHT. Just be confident and see that you have everything to gain in taking control of your own Ivinity, your own solar spark and message to the Iniverse which is yours alone to give! I salute you for trying, because the hardest thing is to keep trying!

Peace and Power in all Movements,

Homeschooling is a part of RasTafari Livity because it has been proven that the enemy should not be allowed to raise and teach our youts on a daily basis - it is leading to the death of the young Black community through disease, gangs, drugs and mental degradation to name a few. Being anti-Babylon means that I and I are separated from them in as many ways as possible for InI. Ideally, and in the first creations of RasTafari autonomy namely Pinnacle and Bobo Hill, in everything RasTafari are to stand apart from Babylon - dress (we wear the royal robe or full covering and turban), food (we are supposed to be not just vegan but food producers),  settlement (we are to live in the hills or country not concrete jungle) and spirituality and learning (become self taught to learn the hidden truths).

RASTAFARI are a SEPARATED PEOPLE. Dwelling away from society does not mean that InI neglect our children's education and just let them learn physical trade or planting (though such will allow them to provide for themselves and a family). It means that we take a very large interest in developing and nurturing their minds - teaching them academics as much as how to live in JAH's Iration. As parents InI have to be keen and livicated to their future as adults and leaders. It is not always possible for most of InI to truly separate in all of the ways I mentioned, not every I can live in the hills and plant the land, and many RasTafari have worthy talents and professions in urban dwelling which still are good works in their place.

So no matter what type of place you live, or what you do, homeschooling is the RasTa Mama's duty in any little way you can do it - teaching manners and the fruits of the Irit for example are homeschooling, teaching how to grow a flower or a vegetable is homeschooling, teaching your yout how to sew a skirt is homeschool, helping them write stories or reading a book together is homeschool.  We have to look at our children and see what they need, what they respond to, and nurture those desires and imaginations. Even if they sometimes act like they aren't interested in something, never give it up. It will happen at the right time, and over time you will get the rewards of your child's learning.

And in that line of thought...
I have really been considering starting a Rastafari Mother's Homeschooling blog of sorts where I can post information such as these websites, and also share my lesson plans, my teaching ideas by subject, and more importantly my Rastafari themed worksheets and other worksheets. I really want to support the RasTafari Homeschooling community worldwide, but this is an undertaking that I will need other Sistren to contribute on: lesson plans, activities, pictures and worksheets, how to manage homeschooling multiple children, what your techniques and tricks are, how you get resources, how you plan your curriculum and samples of such - everything!

InI have to be serious and get organized just as the White community is - Australia and America I can think of. they always have their stuff together and they can make income while doing something so important. it is time RasTafari homeschoolers come together and form some kind of organization that can be both online and local chapters here in the West and in the East. Something that InI can use to fund raise and lead to the building of our own RasTafari learning centres where many of InI live together so that our youts can have a homeschool co-op community.  I know that some Sistren already have access to such things where they live, please come forward and share what the I can!

Please message me if you are seriously interested in being a regular contributor to a Rastafari homeschooling blog - this is necessary my Sistren! InI need to support one another and make the RasTafari Wombman's presence known in the community!

On another note Look out for the Smocking Maxi Dress Tutorial that I will post here. It is already on YouTube.

RasTafari Blessings and Idance!

Duties of the RasTafari Mother

Greetings and Blessings to the Children of the Most High JAH RasTafarI

More and more I find myself wanting to reason on this topic because I too have trials in raising my princess to be firm Rastafari. She likes some outside influences that many Rastafari do not allow their children to be exposed to such as Disney or cable television - tell-lie-vision. I know that this is an area where I have fallen short as a parent, but at the end of the day it is up to me to ensure that those are not the only images she knows or plays with. It is still my job as a mother to ensure that she is exposed to her culture more than she is exposed to Babylon. It is important that my livity, moreover, be firm Rastafari because she will always grow up to see the ensample that I as her mother set in the home and community. My point is that as Rastafari mothers we have to not just be firm in our own trod, but ensure that we provide the right principles for InI youts to grow and live by.

We cannot just expect that one day when they are older our children will know everything. They may not have the interest to learn on their own by that time so it is necessary for the RasTa mother to ensure that she homeschools her youts and exposes them to books and film. Expose them to the things that the school system keeps hidden if they go to school. Teach them about the important figures of Afrikan liberation, and about the Emperor and Empress. Youtube has many resources and there are many websites as well.

Teach them about spirituality, how to walk with JAH and be open to the presence of a Higher Power within themselves. Reassure them of their place in the world, and open their eyes to the possibilities that await for them. Empower them to find themselves and their purpose, encourage them to try new things. Give them freedom to grow rather than stifle, but teach them to have a measure of self accountability and the wisemind to know and measure their own actions, so that they never stray from what is right.

Set a high standard for your youts and follow it yourself, you too have to be the first teacher they have in life! You as a RasTa Mother has to walk in the path of Empress Menen Who always supported the education and creative development of the youth.

I know that things are hard, sometimes there is no money to get what you need or no time to commit as you should. But if you cannot make the time daily, at least just one day of the week find an hour or two to culture your children. That is better than nothing! If we leave them to Babylon they will not be fed the right Word Sound Power! They will become corrupted by the pleasures and temptations out there if they are not armed with wisdom.

New Jerusalem is for them to inherit, with JAH as the Standard Bearer Ini RasTafari Mothers must lay its foundation!
Selah Imega I RasTafari!

New Mum Baby Talk for the Second Time Around

TenaYisTilign!

I just give thanks every uprising for life, health, security and the provisions of JAH everyday in my life! Every day I wake up I am just joyful for the life of my household and our ability to hold firm and have what we need no matter how the times running. JAH is good to His people, those who take the Holy Word and Way seriously, who have love for the world and humanity, who bind the Truth and Right to their bosom - RasTafarI Livity! So keep your positive mind on always! rise with JAH sun and feel the blessings on your skin, watch JAH moon and give thanks for another day of life, love and learning.

I just wanted to share a little bit of what I have had to relearn the second time around to those Sistren who are having their first baby. I talked with one or two SIstren who were expecting their first around the same time that I was, and so in sharing with them I share with you.

I must say that being a mum the second time around, five years later showed me how much I forgot about it - certain little dos and donts Ive had to relearn, but I am also giving myself the chance to raise this baby with more natural products than the first and I am thankful to get a do-over in some ways even though this pregnancy was harder than the first, and my son is more of crier than his sister.

Having a newborn is rough - I would estimate the first two weeks after delivery to be the hardest of all! by one month, you should be into a routine and have your energy back, and be more healed up however. Through it all - the pregnancy, the labour and the after-care - remember it is all for a time, there is an end to the problem or the pain and you will have relief.

First of all, let's go back a little to the labour:
Make sure you are comfortable with the place you have chosen to deliver, that you have a doctor or midwife to represent you there, and that you carry everything you will need for yourself and baby according to what your facility and doctor state. It really lets you feel prepared and ready to focus on delivery when you have your birthing set and are comfortable with how things will be done.
WHen it is time to push - as you lay there pushing, when you feel like you have to BM or stool, that is actually where you need to direct all of your pushing energy. Push like you are going to the bathroom and that baby will be out in no time lol. and remember to BREATHE no matter what or how bad it feels! just breathe through everything. I took no drugs and that's how I made it through!
After labour make sure and get a lot of rest - sleep when baby sleeps if you have help. Sit in your salve water or sitz bath at least the first week twice a day to ensure you get no infections. be gentle with yourself. dont eat a lot of parsley and those herbs that cause bloodflow to increase. I had bleeding for a month.

But onto the newborn stuff.

First - I recommend that you  dont rush to put baby in the rub right away - especially before the little navel stump comes off (nothing will happen if you do bathe baby though, just dry it well and be careful not to hurt it. I wiped it with a cotton swab with alcohol for eight days when it dropped off, and also after to clean the dead skin, but you can also use water alone ). Newborns really are good with a wipe and dry off daily rather than being put into the tub. But it's your choice either way. When they make very messy poops it is best to clean them up with water though!

Second- Make a really big stash of oil that you will use for a variety of things! in that oil you are combining coconut oil the most, some olive oil, almond or sweet almond oil, rosemary oil and vitamin e oil. Make sure your baby is not allergic to nuts!

This oil you can use as hair and body lotion - and if your baby gets cradle cap or baby dandruff, then soak their scalp in that oil or plain coconut oil after washing the hair once a day. THis oil will also help with the diaper area - first of all the diaper area chaffs, and all the creases in the pelvis where the diapers rub need to be oiled at every diaper change - at least this is what I have learned this time around in combatting the rash. you also need to oil baby's bottom where the rash occurs. with all the wiping and changing we do on their bottoms, and if it is not dried properly the skin becomes dry and vulnerable to rash. Also try different brands to rule out allergic reaction - my son cannot wear huggies it gives him a red rash! during diaper change I rub the oil everywhere and then I put the white zinc oxide, lanolin baby bottom ointment from the drugstore. but if baby gets a rash, the only way to properly treat it is to leave off the diaper while they sleep. During the day I put my son on his tummy and leave his butt exposed with the diaper underneath to catch his urine. No amount of diaper cream is going to fix a rash that is already there, and remember it hurts baby when he or she pees or poops so air out the area a few nap times for a few days, just pad with towels and the diaper mat from your baby bag if you have one. After that clears it up, always make sure you dry the area well with toilet paper or a towel or washcloth before applying oil n cream. use cotton balls dipped in water to also clean the area as wipes can burn diaper rashes.
Use the oil to also lubricate all the skin folds in baby's legs and arms as they will chaff also.
if there are cuts on the bottom apply vitamin e capsule oil directly when airing out the bottom.

Third - to help baby get rid of excess gas especially if baby suffers from gripe or colic, you can try putting baby in different positions and see which work. All of these positions work for my son in eliminating gas.
Prop up yourself and pull your knees up. put baby on your lap to face you. sitting like this will let baby use gravity to get that air out, it's like sittin on the toilet.
lie back but with yourself propped up a little and let baby lie on top of you on your tummy. let baby push up against you, move its feet and bottom up and down and the air will come out.
Burp baby a lot - in between and after feedings. Burping - put baby on shoulder, and combine patting rubbing. you can rub up and down, clockwise or anticlockwise and pat after - note which combination works for baby. I do all three but up-down quickly for a while and then pat for a while, really works.
Let baby lay flat on their back and the air will pass, to help them along move their legs back and forth for them and also up and down.
let baby sleep on your chest, and hold baby as long as you need to, to soothe him or her. crying is the only way they know how to express their pain! remember that being sympathetic will get you through the endless crying and thrashing.

Fourth - To clean nails try using an emery board and filing nails rather than trying to clip the nails. instead of clipping try the nail scissors. I dont like clipping those little nails at all!

Fifth - if your baby has a hernia, don't worry. It looks awful but once it is not red, hot, hard and cant go back into the navel, and once baby isnt crying and vomiting or has fever, then nothing is wrong. try icing the navel area if the hernia is red and warm. but if baby has these symptoms  of vomitting and the icing doesnt work to make it go back in, take him to hospital immediately.

Sixth - When nursing, if you have a strong milk flow, and which flows very hard when baby starts to nurse, baby will have issues latching on and staying on. You need to express some milk off first if your breasts are really full, and then feed. If you find baby's stools are more green than orange, try expressing your milk off for a few minutes before nursing. Baby needs more of the hind milk than the let-down milk which is more watery and causes fussiness and green stools. If you have engorgement, don't be too rough in massaging your breasts - you could hurt your milk ducts! Don't wear anything that is too tight or it will make your breasts hurt even more. If your bras wont fit then wear a tight vest and stick your pads in there - works for me! I use a size small vest instead of a medium. If you have pain, ice your breasts. to stimulate milk use a warm compress, but don't use heat if u are not expressing unless u follow it with cold compress. Nurse for ten minutes on the breast and then burp and put on second breast if baby needs it. After ten minutes the breast is empty and baby will start to gulp air. I had to read up and speak to the doctor about the info in this particular point as I had a rough time with these issues. for a time there I thought I wasn't going to heal but after two weeks my engorgement was gone. Do google this topic so you are well informed on what to expect with breastfeeding and engorgement.

Seventh - Don't let it all get to you, accept that it is what it is - you WILL change many diapers back to back. Don't even bother with it don't think "but I just changed you" because it is a waste of time. Don't be phased by the amount of puke and diapers you will have to put up with! Babies will have you smelly and sticky and just feeling run down! Don't let the crying get to you! In Trinidad people have been killing crying babies - don't fall into that trap! Babies cry for a long time sometimes, you just have to learn your child's cries and make sure you check them over and access every possible problem until they calm down. Sometimes just speaking a little loudly to my son over his crying gets his attention and he calms down long enough to catch his breath. I then talk to him in his ear quietly and tell him what he should do to calm down (he likes to cry to sleep - some babies are just like that!) sometimes it works. Sometimes when he cries too much I just rest him down on the bed for a few minutes  - he might stop, go to sleep on his own or cry harder, but by that time I have had five minutes to regroup myself, this is usually in the late night morning hours when I'm the only one up with him. I also try wiping off, or taking outside for cool air once it is before 7 pm. Every evening from 5 - 8pm he is fussy with gas like most little boys also. Tummy to tummy sleeping works, and if baby is not sleeping well, take some time out to do nothing and let them get a good rest on your tummy or let dad do it, Im sure he will be willing!

The same goes for breastfeeding every hour to two hours, and getting up often from sleep at night to tend to the baby or check that he is okay (and you WILL be highly paranoid especially the first month or so until baby starts to gain more weight and breathe a little sounder) - though it is overwhelming, it's all a part of being a new mom and having a newborn, so keep your cool and have something that calms and soothes you. have a zen-place to go to when it gets rough. for me I say a mantra or affirmation a few times and feel positive that it is true and will manifest, also it's definitely taking a small burn, or reading scripture, giving Ises or just looking outside at the trees for a while in deep thought about Rastafari and JAH, taking a shower or eating something or napping. all these help me to refresh myself. I also recommend some kind of regular vitamin c as this also helps with energy and feeling more boosted.

Eighth - continue to take vitamins or eat lots of raw food daily, or you will lose your hair, nails and teeth and strong bones!!!

Ninth - If you are a second time mom, you are a new mom too because you have never had two to take care of at once. It is going to be difficult and you will find you never have much time for yourself until late at night when you are too tired to care. But you just have to decide from early that you will do whatever you must to balance and handle both children every day. establish rules and routines to help you out. be more mindful of them and what they are doing to avoid accidents happening. get enough rest so that you will have energy to deal with them and wont be cranky. Try to keep your first child in the picture, let them embrace the new baby's arrival as well. Just always pay attention to what your children are showing you in their natural way, and try to meet their needs at the different levels, and find a way to merge them. It is all within you!

Tenth - Give Ises or pray, every day. Thank JAH continuously for your child and their safe journey into this life. be confident that you will deliver and raise your baby with strength and health. you can do it. thousands of women do it, millions even, so can you. everything is on the internet for you to google and read up upon, advice from mothers is there. you are not alone in this. Just pray on everything and be confident that JAH will deliver, guide, protect and nourish. JAH will secure your family and give you living waters to care for your creation.

These are just some offerings I have been keeping in my heart, nothing new to the world of child-raising but I felt it necessary to share with the Dawtas as I now re-learn my own strengths and weaknesses in being a mother the second time around. This is what being a  Goddess is all about, creation and tending of the seed! It is challenging, but it is rewarding and it is most of all the most important thing to me on earth! As RasTafari Dawtas I and I have to believe that the Queen Omega Goddess Energy is real, and is there waiting for I n I to tap into Her. The Wisdom of the Goddess Mother, Wife and Daughter is everliving and everpresent in the world, you just have to tap into your internal knowledge. listen to your body, see how it is in tune with your children, and nurture that connection daily with knowledge, good food, rest, exercise, acts of love and positive word sound and vibrations.

The Virtuous Wombman

Greetings and Blessed Love to all Dawtas of the Most High JAH RasTafarI!

My trod in Rastafari took solid roots because I was introduced to the Bobo Shanty priesthood, namely a particular camp in one of the worst ghettos of Trinidad - Gonzales -  it is called the House of Judah, and the Leading Priest Ekeche, is actually born on July 23rd, the same day as the Emperor!
Priest Ekeche has one wife Empress Adama, and together they have 9 youths - and have never been divorced or had affairs and all that which tends to go on sometimes in Bobo camplife. They have been together in Fari for over thirty years and the stronghold of righteousness keeps them safe in such a perilous neighbourhood. Priest's camp isn't a live-in camp, only his family lives in the yard - but most members of the community live close by and are always around. Every Wednesday is gathering night, or the night the House gets together to worship and have Scripture Study. Other books are also discussed, or sometimes it's film, and so on. Every Tuesday is Empress gathering, and it starts earlier so the wives can be home at a decent hour.

One of the first topics of Scripture any princess or Dawta is introduced to when she starts visiting the House for gathering, or courting a Bobo Dread, is the principle of the Virtuous Wife or Woman. How does the Virtuous Honourable wife dress, act, pray, treat her family, treat others? This is the most important first lesson because when Sighting up Rastafari many of us Dawtas still hold on to many Babylonian mentalities and vanities, and habits. We have one foot in the door, and the other out in the cold. But can that state of in-between continue? Not if you really want to be a Dread!

In order to know what is right, we have to start comparing JAH's Principle and Order to Babylon's. And what can be found is that regardless of race or nationality, of former background religion, whether Binghi, Orthodox or EABIC (Bobo), the ways of purity and goodness for a Wombman follow one basic pattern.

Rastafari, like the Ethiopian Orthodox Church, uses Leviticus to determine the laws of Wombman in the Tabernacle - such introduce the 14-21 days purification principle known to Bobo Shanty. But Proverbs 31 is the basic Scripture in the Old Testament used to discuss the duties and attributes of the Virtuous Wife.
In the New Testament Paul and Peter also have verses which describe the ideal for the Nazirene wives (Ephesians 5, Colossians 3, 1 Peter 3, 1 Corinthians 7,11,14, 1 Timothy 2).
The Book of Sirach in the Apocrypha is another book, in addition to the Fetha Nagast (pg. 80, 148), being the Ethiopian Law Book of the Monarchy (JAH Rastafari) is also another important document detailing the expectations of the King's Royal Dawtas.

The most other important source of information on the virtues of the RasTa Wombman as she embodies the identity and works of the Virtuous Wife, is the Biography of Empress Menen Asfaw which has been translated fully into English by the work of Sis. Anjahli Parnell. All Dawtas must have this book in the home! Empress Menen truly is our Number One Leader and Guide back to our true selves as Afrikan Mothers, Wives, Daughters and Handmaids of the Lord, and finally there is a work that brings I and I closer to Her just as we have been drawn closer to HIM with His two Autobiographies.

Here's a brief summary of the characteristics of the Virtuous Wife  taken from Proverbs 31, which is the kind of chapter that needs careful study of the language to really get the total overstanding of  her values. But one thing's for sure: the RasTa Wombman is the Virtuous Wombman in flesh, and our entire identity is pleasing to the Lord because I and I honour the work of the Sacred Feminine.

I find it necessary to also stress that these principles speak on the true heart of a wombman, which is not to be confused with matters of her outward appearance, such as whether a Dawta wears makeup or jewellery or headwraps or pants.  How she carries herself and behaves will speak volumes regardless of what she wears.
