Omega Strength in Balance and Truth

 This is like a delayed Mother’s Day post, not really that I promote that Babylonian farce, but in the general meaning of tribute, it was something that I should have done a long time ago. I am inspired by my Sistren who were recently featured as Women in the Trinidadian community that are doing something impactful. It is necessary that for once Trinidad see that Rastafari Women are hardworking wives and mothers,  and are positive role models for the young.  

And I want to tell all Dawtas to be proud of how things are, of how your life has turned out, because it is all part of your plan, your destiny, whatever you will it to be at this point in your life, as you do have freewill. Don’t wallow in self pity or feel discouraged. Rather, the more you tend to your own inner Goddess power as a Wombman wearing many crowns, the more your life will reflect that positive energy. What you think of your life and your self and how you feel about others, will manifest as your situation. You have control and you have to start using it the best you can, without haste, with patience and careful thought. 

I want to give thanks for what we all have in common: for the struggle to survive everyday, for the rewards of hardwork, for the blessings of the womb and the love and life that InI Mothers give and receive everyday. To all the Dawtas who have it hard right now and who struggling to keep the family unit together and under an Order; know and accept and glorify that no one else can do this for the earth or Iniverse but a Mother, a Wombman. Know that it takes time and nothing you do is in vain. So even if no one acknowledges your duties and care, and you feel invisible or unimportant, or second-rate; know that the Iniverse sees you, and acknowledges you, and that you are part of a collective of wombmanhood who are worldwide sharing that same love and energy and perseverance IN SPITE OF ALL THE B-S. You are part of an Iniversal Ivine Feminine Energy and you owe it to yourself to be the best you can be at your own talent, purpose and power! You have to keep your vizions alive, your dreams and aspirations and find time for your self. You have to make the time for the I, because no one else will!

Promise this moment to let the full moon be your reminder to love your Self, to nurture and cultivate your yoni. Promise to eat better, do better, surround yourself with better. Promise to maintain balance every day, promise to stop and calm down and be logical, to treat all as you want to be treated. 

I want to give thanks that Dawtas are being wiser about being mature wives, women, sistren. I am connecting with more and more dawtas who are serious and livicated to being strong Wombman, who are holding down their family whether with a kingman or not, and who are not seeking to do harm to others. I see Dawtas who behave as Empress Menen, regally, with self raspect, humble and earnestly striving to build New Jerusalem in their gates and mindspace. You are royal Queens, and your creative energies as Mothers is filling the Afrikan Nation with positive images and energies I pray will continue to build and multiply in your youts!

I am seeing that a lot of InI Rastafari Dawtas are on the Right path: Ital vegan foods, self-employment, homeschooling, yoga, and fitness, healthy recreation and friends, embracing positive natural beauty images and practices,  self-education, self-expression through talent, community service and activism. I commend the Dawtas for all the works you are doing everyday. And again, YOU ARE NOT UNNOTICED. You don’t even need to take a selfie to feel noticed. JAH is there showing you yourself everyday in the good vibez and people that are coming your way.

 I give thanks that the Irits of the Ankhcestors are reaching to the four corners of the Earth to
accomplish the rebirth of Alkebulun. For it is within our resurrection to truth that Afrika is reborn to

greatness. Wombman has always been the lock to the key, the earth to the seed of life. We have to be
fertile mentally and physically and Iritually. There is a ripening in the Earth right now for Queen Omega, for Mama, the Creatress the Womb and Regenerator of all things. No more self-hate and destruction and enslavement to carnal woes! Dawtas are breaking free from the shackles that European supremacy and religion used to keep us quiet, passive, childbearing slaves to men and their obsession with our bodies. 

And it is through Kemet that I see this happening, a Land where the WOmbman was most high and holy, the vessel of the God, a Queen and Mother of the holy line. Like Candaces for centuries Dawtas of Afrikan descent are going back to the Truth and feeling good about their Natural selves: the Laws of Maat, the use of colour, stones, essential oils, the use of grains and vegetables, teas and bath salts, loose clothing and wraps, dreadlocks and natural hairstyles, clay packs and candles, music, spoken word, libations and moon mapping, sacred Wombman gatherings and black business collaborations.  InI are community builders and it is through these livity principles of Kemet that I and I are finding back our communal love, our status as Queens. 

So In embracing all these Goddess attributes whether inspired by Kemet, Empress Menen or other ancient Wombman of Right; I really want the Sistren to dig deeper and deeper and never stop seeking answers to things that you might question. Never feel too comfortable to give your Irit more upliftment through knowledge. It is necessary in this time of pleasant deceptions or distractions from self awareness to go really hardcore into the knowledge of the ancients. For while we may adopt certain livity principles like yoga and juicing and using crystals and so on, our mindspace needs to be healed and rebuilt soundly as well, or these principles will come and go like fads.

Speaking seriously from my own experiences, all the commandment-keeping in the world, while it will  protect you from indiscretions and doing wrong, will not make your mental state of mind free from peril. So there needs to be more attention to that mental taba or landscape, to Intellectual enlightenment for the true joyfull Irituality of every Queen and King. We talk about Alpha and

Omega but Alpha is Wise Mind of Iniversal Law, and Omega is Natural Ital manifestations of said Word-Seed. So If InI only focus on the Mama through livity and how we treat our bodies, then we are not truly achieving Zion within. Realistically, If your mind isn’t balanced with knowledge then livity will be harder to maintain, or burdensome, empty.  It will not do anything to improve your situation or how you feel about or cope with your situation. No amount of ‘Rasta Knowledge’ and Bible quoting can make up for being an Iniversal fool either. Familiarization with all ancient Black philosophy is essential. You don't have to commit everything to memory and be an encyclopedia but keep a notebook of facts that can support your lifestyle. Reason with others, take time to watch the abundance of documentaries available on youtube. Knowledge of life, which is there here and now, is its own medicine, it makes your body feel awakened, and once you know something it is there to stay. 

The type of Livity that Kemet lived by - for Kemet was the site that housed all the ancient Wise Mind of the last Golden Age before it was destroyed – was to live with the end-goal of union with JAH, to live as god and goddess in flesh and beyond flesh. Rastafari always talk about being Gods in flesh and part of the great God the I and I - and yet we know nothing about the True God if we shun Kemet! We are being blocked by all the dysfunction that is forced into our minds everywhere all the time. 

Nothing I say or post is to cause upset or harm, but to recreate your confidence in yourself as a Queen Mother Goddess. I am learning that the Sun and Zodiac are the basis of religion because our Earth and all upon it are all in tuned to them – and no other planet has our zodiac either people!   No one individual suffers when they use the properties of their sign and the elements that enhance and heal in that sign. To know the Father, is another whole cosmic world of Ital health and livity that gives mental and emotional balance and corrects our body functions, that we aren’t even in tuned to because of words like pagan, occult and heretic. Occult knowledge is Hermetics, Kemetics, and occult means HIDDEN as does the word AMEN. Nothing that came from Afrikan should be hidden




 or scary for Afrikans to learn about!

Again it’s about breaking free from the Uncle Tom mentality telling us that the Church is the only good and right thing  - when the reality is that the Church is dumbing everyone down to the truth, maligning astrology and downplaying the importance of scientific worldly awareness to spirituality. It focuses on sin and reinforcing that all the animal human knows how to do is sin, when if the animal human was taught about its true duality of cosmo and earth, then a proper balance of right would be easily restored. But they can’ t have you well and in tune, and balanced or Big Pharma would also suffer along with the Church.

All along we have known the terms “Love and Light” and lmmortal Life, and Oneness and reincarnation, and transmutation (turning sin/animal nature/lead into righteousness/spiritual natural/gold) and so on; but we don’t truly know until we go back to Kemet and India and study the ankh and ‘swastika’ and ‘cross’ and the reasons for mummification or the Sahu and all these ancient rites and symbols that invoke or honour the duality of the man/wombman

InI as Wombman can know ourselves and our spouses and children better and alleviate a lot of strife and misunderstanding in the family, just by having this cosmic knowledge and its direct influence on the Earth and humanity through the “holy science” or astronomy. These sciences are ours, created by OUR ANCESTORS THE PEOPLE WHO MADE IT POSSIBLE FOR US TO BE ALIVE TODAY. They are ALKEBULAN and it is time to RECLAIMTHEM for a TRUE HEALING OF THE NATIONS. 

Please Know that I find my balance between all that I am learning about religion/Christianity (which continues to make me very apprehensive towards too much play in it) and my appreciation of the Bible and His Majesty’s Christian Throne; because I know that the symbols of the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church are the same as the ancient Kemetic Hermetics (the Greek writings taken from Kemet’s Thoth). I know Christianity is diluted Hermetics. When I see a picture of His Majesty with all His medallions, I see “occult” symbols of stars and compasses.  I know that they hold the same ancient Truth and Wise Mind but it has been lost because of European influence or corruption for the purpose of creating slaves or passive citizens of the Roman empire (that is why Rasta bunn-out Pauline Church as Paul is also a fictitious tool for spreading corrupt teachings against Godliness in flesh such as the law of total depravity: you are full of sin and can never be good or pure or worthy – this is a lie! as Tarrus says “Love created I”). 

Again I call back to mind The Book of Enoch and Jubilees, they are astrotheological for example, but moreover they are books sacred and exclusive to Ethiopia’s Christianity! And so there must be a connection there, the oldest root must support the newest branches. But InI cannot depend on the priests to do it. They can only fulfil the ritual roles that many Rasta may still understandably need in their lives by being part of the Church congregation. I’m not telling anyone to be or not to be part of the EOTC, I am just saying BE AWARE and take care of your salvation, your Iritual solar Being that is happening NOW. I feel like we have all wasted so much of our lives just by being kept in the dark!

So as Rasta InI always owe it to ourselves to not get stuck at the symbols and the ritual of religion, but to use the symbols to find the truth that created Orthodoxy and the Ethiopian Davidic Throne, by piecing together as much as we can from the past. InI have to go beyond to the ancient use of these symbols and names and prayers to find the true theology that Christianity has corrupted or hidden with its Greco Roman whitewash.

By learning about the philosophy of Kemet, beyond the Feminine Ital treatments that Queen Afua recommends in Sacred Woman,  we can find the true meaning behind the Neteru and Christian rituals, ceremonies and holidays. We can see the meaning of baptism and resurrection as truly cosmic events that really happen every year, and which affect our bodies as yearly  spiritual evolutions. Even though Iyesus is the Sun going through its twelve month feat in the Age of Pisces, this is not to say that there is no value there anymore cuz it’s just “the Sun.” the personified mystical teachings or his word sound are totally valid if we know the Hermetics behind it. The death and rebirth of Kristos makes sense if we can apply it to our own souls as individual suns that must journey from weak to strong, rising from dust to full illuminated glory.I am not fixating on who was real or existed in flesh I accept that these names and stories are all part of the puzzle of KNOW THYSELF. For your own real well-being, the rites, the livity, all of the iconic things that make up our Identity need to be balanced by knowledge!  Knowledge is salvation. 

So to the Mothers of Creation again I call out and say, I see you, the Iniverse sees you, you are - in honour of our newest ankh-sistar Maya Angelou - a Phenomenal Woman! I believe in you, I am here for the I, you have the power of JAH in the I and it is there helping you already. Now is the time to make it grow and uplift your family even more than you thought. There are no limits with LIGHT, LOVE AND LIGHT. Just be confident and see that you have everything to gain in taking control of your own Ivinity, your own solar spark and message to the Iniverse which is yours alone to give! I salute you for trying, because the hardest thing is to keep trying!

An Introduction to Astrotheology

Greetings Brothers and Sisters,

Give thanks for the Afrikan Liberation Selahbration timing! Give thanks for the Messiah, the Anointed King and His victory over evil. Without His Imperial Majesty the Birthplace of InI would have been lost forever and destroyed. Give thanks to have witnessed the Coming of the true Son of God (OneAnointed with WiseMind and Power of the Trinity) in His Kingly Character, to deliver justice to Afrika!

The more I study the origins of the texts of the Bible - that is, not where or who wrote it but what ideas and documents the many authors used - I become aware of the glaringly obvious fact that the Bible is an astrotheological book - a book that tells the knowledge of JAH through the heavenly bodies - the stars including the sun, and the planets.  I dare you to count how many times you see a cosmic reference in the Book of Revelation  or Enoch - again, it's so "in your face." When I say the knowledge of JAH, I am talking about the most ancient principle of overstanding:

 that JAH or the Creator, or God, is revealed or made known to man and wombman through Nature: "JAH in and as Creation" "as above so below, " the seasons, the cycles, the timing, the ebb and flow, the sunlight and bursting of new life and the wrathful natural disasters. It's all revealing "JAH" at every moment, and because of this basic principle the Kemetians developed a sacred language of JAH to record the sparks of knowledge they learned from observing the NeTeR - this is why they used animals and plants and humans to depict their Gods, because they acknowledge that we are all part of what is God, that Creation is in constant motion and existence in everything. Animals and plants were used as symbols of JAH because they were found to display certain unique characteristics of intelligence, of JAH's Design for Life. (it was not animal worship, but honouring the blueprint and design and wisemind found in each organism in earth).
 The truth is that the Bible was written like a cube - it's got many sides that make up the whole - and the whole is not literally about a big kingdom of Israel but about knowing and abiding in the Natural Law of JAH - the entire collection of Scriptures (Apocrypha, Old and New Testament, Enoch etc) can be interpreted from a governmental, political, cultural, proverbial or philosphical, theological, and most of all astronomical/astrological/botanical/scientific stand-point.

The second thing is that as above in the cosmos, so below on earth. all life on Earth shares its life force, its elements, energies and cycles with the planetary bodies and luminaries. Melanin for example, is part of space and part of our bodies - the ancients actually revered the Sun as an emblem of the Creator for it brought the seeds of life into fruition, and because they believed that it was a living organism and we as human reflect its intellect.

This also ties into the zodiac, for the zodiac not only interacted with the sun, told time and the change of seasons according to the four cardinal points and elements, but it was found to determine the attributes of people, to affect their psyche. part of knowing who you were was to know what to expect from your sign - similar to how Twelve Tribes uses the Tribes - and yes the Tribes of ISrael are infact the zodiac as are the disciples in the NT who replace the children of Jacob.

It was known that because we are essentially heavenly beings, that being in flesh on earth is hell, and that it was our duty to follow the righteous steps of MAAT and make our way back to the cosmos. Every pharaoh was to reach Orion's Belt and join Osiris for eternity when he died. He was embalmed for the process as the Sahu had to be initiated and protected and sent off in ceremony to ensure his success. they timed this journey with the heavens as well.

 our ancestors all over the world of different cultures believes that JAH is One that can be seen in every little detail and aspect and cycle of Nature. it is up to us as humans to harmonize ourselves to the cycles of the earth as it is our animal fleshly nature, so that we may know our Iritual nature. it is up to us to know ourselves as beings of Iration which is to say as children of Natural Law. For ensample, InI must overstand the phases of the Sun and Moon not just to plant and harvest, but so that we can overstand our emotions and the how the atmosphere changes. for this is not paganism, or occultism or heresy - this is simply knowing ourselves as First Creation Birth before made-made (mosaic) laws had to be installed to save corrupted and vulgar men from themselves. how do you think the ancients before religion existed? they knew their environment by using their internal instincts, not by relying on text books or preachers!

The ancients also believed in reincarnation in flesh until we have purified (all the ego and bullshit nature is silenced) our souls enough to become stars - "go back to the Light" how many times does Hollywood tell us about going toward the Light in death? Hollywood itself is filled with all this ancient knowledge but we through slavery have been killed mentally and do not even recognize our own stories and philosophies outside of the obvious images and names.

Every man and woman when they gain knowledge of the right from the wrong will eventually stumble onto Natural Law. It is the greatest part of our purification, enlightenment and resurrection to new life because it involves Ital living, positive vibrations, harmony, quiet, learning, humbling, surrendering, affirming, blessing - think about it, the Lamb brought  to Slaughter is the Lion's Victory! We jsut need to get past the myths that have been thrown in our faces to keep us from actually gaining true vision and determination that there is no other way to live!

The ancients believed that this process of ascension to the Solar or Soular Man, was linked to the Sun - which as told by the Zodiac's layout - goes through a similar process represented by the four seasons. Nothing that we feel and do therefore, on earth, is without its cosmic mirror. and I know that those RasTafari who have the chance to be in Nature often, and who wash in the river and eat fruits from their own garden know the positive electricity and magnetism they receive from that, can see what I am saying. For That is JAH, That is NETER. the things we take for granted: the rising and setting, the changes of seasons, are the exact things we shouldnt ignore for they are part of our being and we are part of theirs. Every full moon is the ripening of the earth, the seeding of the womb of Earth by the cosmos, what makes us think that we dont emit our own seeding of the heavens too?

what I am trying to say again, as I said before, Natural Law is not pagan or occult or taboo or disgusting or heresy or diving or simply "nature worship" as only the most intelligent of minds ever knew the Ancient Mysteries of the True Living Creator (Abba-Amma, Alpha-Omega). only the intelligent minds of today who feel the immortal spark of divinity within them know that there is only good to be had from overstanding who and what the true god is, and how to worship HIM and HER. yoga is popular now but how many will overstand the true principle of yoga and chakras? how many will see that the human body has an upsided down rainbow that mirrors the heavenly rainbow - as above so below? and that yoga and the purifying of the kundalini will open that cosmic connection to bring ascension to the soul? the science of Nature or the Life of Kristos is the language of Creator in Creation. everything that Kristos or Christ represents, is that awakening to true self within, so that one can create a better without.

And if you are still not seeing what I am saying, and believe that CHristianity is anything different than a HUGE CORRUPTION of KEMET FOR THE PURPOSE OF ENSLAVING THE WORLD, then I beg you to look at all their icons and symbols, their strong use of angels (elements), stars and suns in all artwork. Even Orthodoxy paintings.

The biggest lesson Ive learned is that CHristianity is based on the truth but it does not practice or preach it, and it is up to us as Rastafari to overstand that InI are closer to the truth than most, and we owe it to ourselves to keep goingback to First Creation Birth and Ital Living in the Mountains, so that InI can really connect to the Father-Mother and find Zion within. It is through Nature that love and peace and compassion arise. it is through feeling blessed by JAH that ones feel compelled to bless others and do good work - self accountability is the highest revelation, to know self as a creator being, a sun that has bring life to all it touches. to take your life into your own hands and live it to fullest in full awareness of all that this amazing world has to offer all its inhabitants. doesnt that sound better and more real than religion?

 For Iyesus even says all I say here: the kingdom of heaven is within you! you are cosmic too and it is the whole point of his movement to unlock that spark of divinity within. True divinity to the ancients was linked to the cosmos, and being of the Akasha or Ethereal.  "Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven" "You know the Father through Me" Iyesus was patterned after  Osiris, Heru, Dionysus, Bacchus, Mithras and other Archetypes of the Solar Man created over the centuries to keep the hidden knowledge of self-realization - birth, enlightenment, purification, resurrection. our point is not to "pray in Jesus name" but to find our owin Kristos or JAH within through Natural Law. Mosaic Law only puffs up an ego and increases a hopelessness in sin, if it is not balanced with love and overstanding of the true highest law which says "do good"



and likewise I want to show that His Majesty Emperor Haile Sellassie I serves this purpose, to inspire InI to know ourselves, to do good, to live right and not bow to wickedness and lies. to be accountable for self and always be willing to work hard for what is right and truth to balance male n female. It is not a contradiction to the King for I to bunn out religion for Natural Law,for He certainly abided in Natural law.  His Majesty fulfills all the requirements of not only a Messianic King or Son of David in the literal interpretation (which has no real historical backing but Ethiopia) but cosmically as well since the Davidic king is the Sun or Son of. His Majesty's prophetical fulfilments in the Hebrew Scriptures still tell the truth of His Divinity even  though His ancestors ideally are Iritual concepts rather than real people which proves even more that it is the WORD which lives on, the WISE MIND which creates the world and its operation. His Majesty, a real man and not myth, even aligns with the cosmic deities of mythos/religion. His birth, it's timing and circumstances, His character, His life's work and achievements, His Personality; all line up to Natural Law as personified in Iyesus Kristos and make it quite sound to identify HIM as the True and only Messiah. (all Gods are personified natural law so it is wrong to say gods arent men and women for they are, the Creator they represent is not, and therefore has to be personified to be understood)

Rastafari can only see these facts if we can put aside all the religious distractions and let the truth and history speak for themselves.
We have got to listen to Sankofa - return and get what was ours for our own sakes!

InI need to stop with the religion in Rastafari and focus on First Creation Birth - InI need to return to the past and relearn our own movement and Afrikan origins and overstand once again the true ancestral heritage we have reawakened in our own culture with Ital, dreadlocks, yoga, cleanliness, purification cycles, and our use of symbols like on the banners [black star, the colours of the rainbow (red gold green) and space/melanin], the star of david (As above so below!), the ankh - resurrection, birth, procreation, male n female natural law. All in all everything RasTafari do and adopt are rooted in Natural Law and it is time that InI get back to the root and grow new stronger branches that will produce much happier RasTafari people who are actually free from mental slavery and not fooling themselves with this "most holy" act.
I have learned my lesson and I am so grateful that JAH stopped the selfrighteous lies and misconceptions of monotheism before it was too late lol

Sesame Kale Recipe

 I do hope this day proved for all Dawtas to blessed and upfull. Today it was a holiday in Trinidad, so we just kicked back at home, but my princess went to the movies with a cousin. Now that the prince is resting I have a moment before a movie, to post the next recipe!

I had never tried cooking kale before, everytime I eat it, it is as lettuce in a salad. But lately the kale is so fibrous and thick that it actually takes too much out of my teeth to chew it for so long! So I decided to sautee it and of course I did it in my own style. It's super fast and a great addition to plantain, jasmine rice and split pea stew/dahl.

So here it is:

finely chop

4 cloves of garlic
1 small onion


 1 pimento
2 chives/green onion
as many leaves of kale as you need for your servings
a few leaves of patchoy (if you wish)
a few okra (if you wish)
grate a thumb of ginger


In sesame oil (tablespoon or more) sautee the fresh seasonings first for 2 minutes
add the greens and sautee for two minutes until they turn bright green
add a few dashes of Braggs Soy Sauce.
Remove from heat and that is it! Remember the idea is just to soften the kale not to actually cook it for too long. you can use a fry pan or stir fry pan or wok, whatever you use for your veggies.

If there is one time of the year which a Sistren should heartically reflect on her trod thus far in RasTafari: it's this day (of course it should be an on-going thing but you know what I mean!)

Empress Menen Asfaw is THE Queen Omega Ilect, the Leading Empress of RasTafari worldwide.
She is InI Iritual Mother, Role Model, Inspiration and Teacher. Without Her there would be no Black Afrikan Queen in our generation to look up to - She is truly the Omega, the last Afrikan Queen to sit upon a ruling/influential Afrikan throne.

Have you ever really sat down and seriously thought about the life of this magnificent Wombman?
Of Her character and legacy of works?
A skilled craftswoman from girlhood, A Loving and Devout Mother and Wife/Homemaker, a Patroness to the Church of Her Faith, A keen Business Woman, a Charitable Volunteer and Fundraiser, Landowner, Temple Builder, School Builder, Woman-Supporter and Counsellor...and the list probably goes on and on for those who intimately knew the Empress.

For I, She is a Wombman who shared a vision of a better Ethiopia and Afrika with Her KingMan Emperor Haile Sellassie I.
A Wombman Who  I believe, was the first Afrikan Wombman to create a school for the education of girls: for She represented millions of generations born of tradition where sons were favoured, a tradition that dates back before history was recorded.This is one thing about Empress Menen that truly inspires I personally: Her will to educate young women. Because doing such means helping create a better world. the Empress knew from Her own experiences and those of others, what was needed in Her land in Her community. She was not afraid to do something ground-breaking that would eventually be beneficial to all once allowed to bear fruits. And in time the Itege Menen School for Girls grew and excelled and changed the hearts of parents throughout Ethiopia one at a time.

When We as Wombman embrace our motherhood and extend our love and nurturing powers to the community, we heal a lot of broken hearts and open wounds that exist in many homes, we give others the attention and guidance they need to be confident and make better decisions in their lives. We dont have to personally know other's situations to help and inspire them. Just by using our passion, drive, intellect, knowledge, skills, love and voices, I and I Wombman can make positive ripple effects.

No one on earth is more influential than a Wombman on a mission, and Empress Menen through Her Life Story, encourages I personally everyday to never give up or in on I visions of a better tomorrow for my yutes and all RasTafari yutes - and one way I focus on the yutes is by reasoning to the I Mothers, to empower the I so all can forward and do good works for self and others.

 I see what is missing for the yutes: they have no education resources or spaces or groups to call their own, and what does exist benefits a very few and not all RasTafari. I and I are so focused on culture in appearance and other avenues but as a global Nation have failed to put in place Afrikan education resources for all to use. Where are our RasTafari youth groups, school books, literature, curriculum, toys, apparel, movies and cartoons and so on? These things exist in small pockets around the world but there is no established model or foundational resource for all to tap into. This needs to change because mainstream globalized society is corrupt and has even more influence on the yutes than ever before. Too many RasTafari families face problems with their yutes wanting to cut their dread and "be like everybody else" because they have no support system or socialization with others like them. This needs to change for the sake of their future joy and confidence in self. InI as mothers have to band together to help our yutes, knowing through our own experiences how hard growing up in Babylon can be!

RasTa Wombman today have many ambitions, but InI abundantly share creative talents such as natural living, design and entertainment. I encourage Dawtas to add to your list of aspirations and duties, the education of others - whether it is in your home, neighbourhood, friends circle, online or in poetry, books, school materials, support groups, workshops, book clubs, or other outlets/materials - whether it's about Rasta, Ital, Afrikan Istory, crafts, or sharing a special skill you have, set apart some time to do good works for the yutes of Rastafari. Let it be InI global mission to focus on them and not just ourselves the adults. We can set aside a little income each month for these initatives through tithes and personal goodness. Let InI hold parties and fairs for them and not just dances for ourselves. let there be youth gatherings n not just adult oriented vibes, more homeschool cooperatives and online blogs and communities, youth chatrooms or forums, lunches outdoors, excursions, vacations, staycations, camping - let InI get together and be accountable as families and build a solid foundation in JAH.
I know you feel what I am saying.
I am not talking about how much money we need to do these things, I am talking about comitting to making it happen, last and succeed! When there is commitment and livication, visions manifest no matter the financial situation!


At the end of the day, let it be that I and I never forget that I nI as RasTafari have taken the baton passed by JAH RasTafari Alpha and Omega: to rebuild the Afrikan community, to repair the damage of Europe. I and I must use all our efforts, pool all our resources and be more trustworthy and trusting of others. Too many RasTAfari efforts come to naught from dishonesty and disagreements and it ends up in our perpetual stagnation as a people. Let I and I be inspired by Empress Menen to come out of our sleeping state and take back the minds of our young people from mainstream corruption. The yutes of RasTafari need InI Mothers to love and guide them, to take the extra time to teach them about their people and their roots so that they will never stray from JAH which is TRUTH and RIGHT.

Trinidad Ranch Cashew Everything Dressing

In my absence I've been creating some new recipes, and those who are friends with I on social media would have seen some of these meals, and I really have wanted to post for the longest while but as I sit to type at the computer the prince is calling or something else needs to be done! Even my business is suffering in terms of my daily promotions and so on, and being self-sufficient as a RasTa mama, wife, community nurturer (even if online more than anything these days!) and business wombman means that you don’t necessarily have help at hand to share duties. A little bit every day, one step at a time, and finally I am making more time to ensure I post here on RasTa Wifeline and stop letting good posts and thoughts stay with I self.

 I start with my personal cashew cheese recipe, which I believe to be much more flavour full that most online. I like cashew cheese or sauce or dip or spread or paste depending on how you use it - because it is so versatile and such a great substitute for those cheese cravings and munchies. Not quite guilt free because nuts are fattening for some but this sure beats back most snacks! And although nuts are not free for everyone to use because of allergies, this is a great recipe you simply must try if you can safely.

Use this recipe to create a vegan ranch salad dressing, a cheese paste for bread or crackers (Wholewheat Crix taste the best!), a dip, a baked or unbaked mac and cheese sauce and as vegan eggless mayo for cold slaw or veggie burgers! Try it with my Quinoa patties. Yes it is that versatile and it all depends on whether you use it warm for mac n cheese, room temperature as a raw veggie dip or chilled to make a thicker paste for bread and crackers! I take mine out of the fridge for a short little defrosting before use.

Now buying cashew nuts (unsalted and plain) is expensive so this is not a weekly recipe, but certainly a monthly treat - in Trinidad I spend $50 on one bag to make this cheese and it lasts my kingman and I 10 days the most - definitely use within 14 days and always store in a sealed glass jar - mason jars are awesome for this recipe and all your homemade salad dressings. Apple cider vinegar or lemon juice are great additives to keep these recipes fresh in the fridge or on ice if you are eating outdoors.

Ila's Trinidad Ranch Dressing

Cashew Cheese Dip Sauce and Mayo

1.5 cup cashew nuts unsalted

1 tsp tumeric

1 pinch cumin

2 pinch sea salt

1 tsp ginger powder

(1 tsp coconut powder) optional

1 medium to large onion (the more onion the richer the flavour)

5 chive or green onion tops (and bottoms if you wish)

1 pimento pepper (or any pepper mild or spicey to your tastes)

4 large cloves garlic

¼ cup odourless coconut oil (Nariel is great if you are in Trinidad)

1 cup warm water

Juice of 1 lemon or 1/4 cup Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar

Combine all ingredients in the blender and blend up until it is smooth. 

You will have to stop and move it around with a spatula or spoon to get it going. 

Add extra water slowly if too thick.

Refrigerate overnight before use for best flavour. 

Store in mason jar or clean reused jar up to 14 days.

I love it for breakfast as cheese paste on a toasted bun with green leafy veges (kale or patchoy/bokchoy) and tomato inside.

Look out for my Rainbow Raw Vegetable Slaw which will use the dressing as mayo!

Ila's Confession of a Rebelution

Greetings in the Name of the Most High JAH RasTafari!

I know it has been a long while...but I am faced with constantly putting off posting reasoning for other things such as the yutes, designing new items to keep up in the 2014 market and fulfilling custom orders since business has started to pick back up for the new year. Not to mention documenting my Rastafari-Afrika homeschool lessons and unit studies and worksheets, my studying and my writing which when I am finally ready to come back to reasoning, will be controversial for some, and yet liberating for others - and I welcome the Rebelution of Ila: I rebellion against Babylon's lies and I found solution or resolution of the unknown that I was seeking to make sense of the past for the future and present state of mind.

The opening of a new chapter in Rastafari ESOTERIC WiseMind  - something long overdue from such a forward thinking Nation of Afrikans! For we have come far and RasTafari has unearthed a lot of truths, but I think we have become stagnant and have not pushed certain limits because of Christianity...

-We have decoded the Afrikan nature of the Holy Bible and the Hebrews and in my videos I have even shown the Babylonian and Ethiopian and Kemetian origins thereof in terms of bloodline and settlement, but I had not really focused on the fact that it is the Babylonian and Kemetian and Ethiopian knowledge and the mysteries and hidden information that the Hebrew Bible is  about, it is one perspective and interpretation thereof based on their ancient teachings (priesthood). Knowing the truth and the Wise Mind beyond the symbols and rituals is what matters more than being caught up on the stories for they are mostly fable and allegory and the Bible's historical events do not match up to history's dating or are unrecorded. there are so many errors and confusing things in the Bible, not to mention the warring nature of God, that we have to see that what we lack is the true overstanding of the intentions with which the Bible was created and written -

Yes, I say we are stuck behind Christianity because I am speaking from the truth that many mansions in Fari use Scripture now and even  worship in Jesus Name whether Yeshua or Yesus, and put him over the King! and in my own trod I saw the importance of using CHristianity and the person of Kristos in sighting HIM - and in bringing RasTafari Livity reasoning here I could not escape the fact that most of RasTafari laws or rules come from the Bible - so it was not that I was ever a "Bible-thumping RasTa" but I had never found the way around it and was influenced by many others who use Scripture for proof and foundation to principles.

But now I finally can agree with the views of Diasporan Black historians and our own RasTafari elders such as Mutabaruka and any who have no need for any institution of reliegion. I know how it feels to not push certain limits because I and I don't want to divorce the Emperor's Christian background - but that is when a better analysis of the Emperor's life and opinions and own words needs to come in as the Emperor pushed no religion upon anyone; and also a consideration of what Livity started by the inspiration of a man, ever identified themselves with His own background? Not many, the name change brings in the weeding out of the unnecessary but the underlying values remain the same so that the truth may come in and the Wise Mind of JAH really be dispersed.

The only other thing I will say at this point is that Emperor Haile Sellassie the First IS God and King and Kristos, the First RasTafari People knew this without apology and without the use of the Holy Bible and Christianity - my goal has always been to uphold the foundation of RasTafari and I have finally been able to find the proof of HIM as the God-King of the Bible without the Ible as much as with. In fact, the information reflects each back upon the other - showing that His Majesty is truly JAH anyway you look at HIM!
So in the end  I ask for tolerance and for ones to be open-minded in time to come, and make your decisions and judgments based on logic and not tradition. RasTa WifeLine will end up being a space that caters to both Biblical use and Non Biblical use in RasTafari and I will be revisiting certain topics on RasTafari Livity from the nonBiblical perspective. I ultimate aspiration is to show the underlying unifying knowledge..that can please both sides of this coin.

That's all I can really say at the moment for it is too much to even try to put in this post and I truly am not ready to put the information out here yet because it is a lot and it is heavy - and I want to get it right - and trust me I have been taping reasonings but have not had time to edit and see what I can use comfortably.

But in the mean time, it is not to say that the information is not right at your fingertips! To catch up with what I have been learning, and to be ready for when I bring I reasoning and fit all these pieces together as they related to Emperor Haile Sellassie I, the I can make your own path and trod brighter by putting in some work too!

In closing I  Rebelution simply means that I heavens have been opened and a lot of chains have been loosed and I have changed and grown in more fullness in RasTafari and I give thanks for the truth, as offensive as it wants to be. I give thanks for the person who months ago posted that I was dealing too much with the Bible as a RasTa, for them offending me and for I not being afraid to change my old views and beliefs based on TRUTH, knowing all the while that with or without their comment, that I had been actively searching to resolve the questions and hangups I have always had about religion. Knowing what lies hidden behind the veil of ritual, taboo and tradition is freeing to the soul and allows I and I to focus on the things that truly matter and that are true. His Majesty remains the God King in my books and I give thanks that nothing I have learned ha jeopardized that, only added strength and power unto my confidence in HIM and Empress Menen.
Mankind and Wombmankind are but sand in the wind, we are so small and yet so relevant to the grand scheme of Life - JAH - Neter. To witness the Coming of His Imperial Majesty is an honour and priviledge the ancients would applaud us for, it is the true freedom from whitewash slavery and mainstream downpression of InI God-Self.
So if you know JAH is REAL, hail HIM and HER with a sounding, a smile and heartbeat and let JAH's love and morality shine through, take up a good work for the youth of today and see a brighter tomorrow in a dream that can bear fruit...

Coronation of Emperor Ras Tafari

> Last Sunday, a great ceremony took place at Addis Abbaba [Ababa], the capital of Abyssinia. It was the coronation of the new Emperor of Ethiopia - Ras Tafari. From reports and expectations, the scene was one of great splendour, and will long be remembered by those who were present.
> Several of the leading nations of Europe sent representatives to the coronation, thereby paying their respects to a rising Negro Nation that is destined to play a great part in the future history of the world.

> Abyssinia is the land of the blacks and we are glad to learn that even though Europeans have been trying to impress the Abyssinians that they are not belonging to the Negro Race, they have returned the retort that they are, and that they are proud to be so.

> Ras Tafari has travelled to Europe and America and is therefore no stranger to European hypocrisy and methods; he, therefore, must be regarded as a kind of a modern Emperor, and from what we understand and know of him, he intends to introduce modern methods and systems into his country. Already he has started to recruit from different sections of the world competent men in dIfferent branches of science to help to develop his country to the position that she should occupy among the other nations of the world.

> We do hope that Ras Tafari will live long to carry out his wonderful intentions.
